JOB DESCRIPTION
Dcode is looking for a passionate Senior Program Associate on Dcode’s Client Success team to help support our fast-growing government business! As a senior program associate, you will support client engagements focused on driving innovation into the federal market. You will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with government leaders and helping them foster an innovative culture that attracts emerging technology. It's fast-paced and exciting!
Salary range: $75,000 - $90,000 plus bi-annual bonuses
Security clearance eligibility required.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Client Success
- Assist with the planning and delivery of client advisory work, workshops, and trainings in areas such as:
- Drafting reports, strategies, assessments, and other written deliverables
- Liaising between Dcode, clients, and stakeholders to identify government needs and requirements
- Creating presentations and visuals that effectively communicate client requirements
- Developing, organizing, and executing both in-person and virtual training and delivery workshops
- Researching and analyzing federal legislation, policy, and agency documentation
- Supporting the development of program and process documentation for DoD clients
- Work with Dcode’s program managers to ensure delivery meets contractual requirements, including cost and schedule
- Coordinate with Dcode’s delivery team and sales team on upsell and expansion opportunities
- Represent Dcode at conferences, events, and meetings with leaders from government, and industry
- Help grow Dcode’s network of government innovators by building and maintaining relationships with government stakeholders
Qualifications
KEY SKILLS
You’ll learn something new every day in this role. We’ll teach you the ropes but ideal candidates will have:
- 2-5 years of work experience; preferably some experience working within DoD or Air Force
- The ability to work without being closely managed and continuously WOW
- Strong interest in and exposure to one or more of the following areas: data analytics, processes re-engineering, organizational design, strategy development and execution, program assessment and evaluation, and/or government culture change
- An ability to work independently and with a team to meet client deadlines
- An ability to interface directly with clients to understand their needs, provide updates, and communicate risks and challenges
- An ability to work with multiple stakeholders, listen to clients, and discern needs
- A willingness and ability to support operations in a fast-paced environment
- Proven problem-solving, self-management, and organizational skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
